Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination duties on HR department
- Assist in consolidating and maintaining HR files, records, and databases on key in and maintaining employee records in HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping and data privacy regulations.
- Maintenance and update of organization chart.
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to HR matters.
- Assists in recruitment activities such as interview coordination, job advertisement, etc.
- Assist in the onboarding process.
- Extracting and preparing HR data set required for C&B analysis.
- Keep track of staff movement in relation to HR activities.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR related events for employees.
- Administration of travel arrangement such as hotel booking; visas processing
- Office administration on office supplies
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in HR or relevant field
- More than 2 years of working experience in HR operation
