Job Description:
- Craft and deliver learning and development (L&D) programs that align with business goals and address employee needs to enhance success and retention.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through thorough analysis and employee feedback.
- Source and manage both external training providers and internal learning resources.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, demonstrating their impact on employee performance and business success.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Develop and manage employee wellness programs that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Plan and organize activities to foster a positive company culture.
- Organize activities that support a positive work environment and enhance company culture.
- Lead a seamless on boarding process for new hires.
- Provide ongoing HR support and address employee inquiries.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource in Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role (L&D).
- Proven experience in creating and managing L&D programs, measuring their impact, understanding adult learning principles, and handling employee benefits and compliance.
