- Log customer interactions and create support tickets to track issue resolution.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Efficiently research, gather, organize, and share information in a timely manner.
- Prepare documents like correspondence, memos, reports, and other written materials.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents and materials.
- Follow established procedures to track and ensure project completion.
- Coordinate service delivery during the operational phase.
- Support invoice creation and timely processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records in accordance with team standards.
- Assist Business Analysts with data quality issues and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to other departments or CUPPS operations as needed.
- Timely completion of daily paperwork and projects.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Collate, update, and monitor operational support maintenance renewal contracts.
- Participate and support operations, and undertake other assigned duties.
