  • Log customer interactions and create support tickets to track issue resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Efficiently research, gather, organize, and share information in a timely manner.
  • Prepare documents like correspondence, memos, reports, and other written materials.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents and materials.
  • Follow established procedures to track and ensure project completion.
  • Coordinate service delivery during the operational phase.
  • Support invoice creation and timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records in accordance with team standards.
  • Assist Business Analysts with data quality issues and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments or CUPPS operations as needed.
  • Timely completion of daily paperwork and projects.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Collate, update, and monitor operational support maintenance renewal contracts.
  • Participate and support operations, and undertake other assigned duties.
