• Oversee the management and maintenance of VMware and vCenter environments.
• Configure and administer Meraki switches, access points, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Maintain and support Windows servers, including working with MS-SQL and IIS servers to assist with vendor development projects and generate reports via SQL queries.
• Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of Windows workstations and laptops.
• Manage data backup and recovery processes, and implement disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with HQ to align with organizational IT standards, including updating ISO documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in managing VMware, vCenter, MS-SQL, and IIS servers.
• Proficient in managing Windows servers and workstations.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki and FortiGate products.
• Skilled in installing and configuring Office 365.
