Level 1 Field Engineer

Responsibilities:  

•           Provide on site support for Passenger Check-in Systems/ Flight Information Display System (FIDS) at Singapore Changi Airport Terminals.

•           Looking at the skills in network and desktop troubleshooting, with operation experience to ensure that the system meets the SLA

•           To support with the Content Management System (CMS) on the scheduling and deployment of information to the Flight Information Display System (T4).

•           To work with Product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

•           System and database admin experience will be preferred.

Requirements:

•           Minimum ITE, Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.

•           Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking.

•           Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous.

•           Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills,

•           Willing to travel to multiple sites

•           2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM)

• Location: Changi Airport 
• Working hours : 12 hours shift (8AM to 8PM – am shift/ 8PM to 8AM – pm shift), work 2 days of am shift and off 2 days (inc weekend), followed by 2 days of pm shift, off 2 days)
