Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization.
  • Training Procurement: Source and select appropriate training providers.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Quality Improvement: Deliver training that enhances service quality and drives continuous improvement.
  • Training Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize technology to improve learning methods and delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate training records and handle administrative duties.
  • Forecasting: Collaborate with business units to predict future manpower needs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Gap Analysis: Assess the difference between current workforce capacity and future requirements.
  • Workforce Analysis: Project future workforce needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Implementation: Execute workforce planning solutions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Participate in projects aimed at transforming the workforce for future success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any fields, preferably Human Resource Management)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • certified in ACTA will be an added advantage
