Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will support the marketing team in building the the company brand in the local consumer market. The candidate will develop and execute creative marketing strategies across traditional media, events, and digital channels to positively impact the brand. This role involves A&P, event management, driving sales to stores, handling public relations, media monitoring and measuring ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels
- Conceptualization and copywriting of ads, including producing marketing collaterals and POS items for campaigns
- Manage website updates (knowledge of WooCommerce preferred) and oversee social media platforms to elevate the Simmons brand.
- Plan, manage, and measure the effectiveness of digital ads on social media and Google
- Use data analytics to track performance and refine strategies
- Build relationships with media owners for promotional collaborations
- Work with management to establish and monitor marketing budgets
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and consumer behaviour
The Candidate Should Possess:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing
- Creative with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to digest and interpret data
- Equipped with digital skill sets and experience in running digital ads
- Familiar with social media and web analytics
- Photoshop / Graphic Design skills are a bonus
- Min 1-2 years of working experience in a related field preferred
