Responsibilities

  • Process accurate and timely payroll, including overtime.
  • Maintain precise employee records.
  • Oversee outsourced payroll providers.
  • Ensure adherence to payroll regulations.
  • Address payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Generate comprehensive payroll reports and support audits.
  • Collaborate with HR on benefits and compensation changes.
  • Stay informed on payroll laws and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of working experience in Payroll functions
  • Diploma/degree in relevant field 
  • Experience in MNC/OutSource Payroll experience will be an added advantage
