Responsibilities:

• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately in branch. Inclusive of form filling for personal banking and corporate banking customers and service request submissions through CRUISE system
• Handling feedback and answering queries from customers, provide service recovery where possible by managing customers’ expectations and providing one-stop resolution where customers’ needs can be satisfied.
• Support of administrative duties inclusive of sending of email to relevant departments as well as rectification of paperwork for new account opened

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 1 year bank teller experience
