     The Project & Engineering Coordinator has to oversee and manage, planning and execution of assigned engineering projects and working alongside other engineers in the planning, design, development, and evaluation of projects..

    Jobscope: 

    • Foster a safety culture in all P&E project execution and ensure 100% compliance safety requirement, including contractors and visitors
    • Proactively support and participate in site EHSS activities.
    • Conduct and manage contractor safety orientation and supervision when necessary.
    • Responsible for creating detailed project plan, timeline and schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Develop new project 4-blocker scope of work.
    • Work with compounding and Polymer plant engineers to generate new projects
    • Coordinate project execution- Coordinate internal resources, 3rd party vendors/ contractors during projects installation to ensure flawless execution of the project
    • All the engineering activities to execute in compliance with company guidelines i.e. mechanical integrity, Company’s Engineering Standards & EHSS requirements.
    • Responsible to create the instructions necessary for systems to function. This includes manufacturing maintenance procedures, trainings and system handover to operation.
    • Quality Control- Project Coordinate ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and specifications
    • Verify and audit the project quality documents with vendor to align engineering standard.
    • Documentation – Responsible to maintain Engineering deliverables (drawings and documents), producing CAD drawings according to specifications and changes.
    • Reporting- Provide regular progress report to the stakeholders
    • Participate in EHSS, Cost & Quality improvement project.

    Requirements 

    • Diploma / Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
    • Min with 5 years’ relevant work experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge about project management
    • Projects planning & coordination skills
    • Good knowledge about auto CAD
    • Practical experience using CAD software may be required.
    • Good knowledge about Design and analytical skills
    • Good knowledge about pneumatic and hydraulic system
    • Good knowledge of office software
    • Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others
