Project Management Officer (PMO) (Permanent)

To establish and drive PMO functions across various business lines within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal project reviews (non-customer facing), including risk, planning, progress, and quality checks.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and report project status to the Managing Director.
  • Provide guidance and advice to project managers and team leaders.
  • Develop, maintain, and adapt PMO rules and procedures to align with organizational standards.
  • Support additional organizational needs such as internal IT, training, or contract administration based on skill fit.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of SDLC and the waterfall methodology.
  • PMP certification and strong understanding of PMBOK concepts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system integration projects with leadership over teams of up to 10 members.
  • Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Open to taking on secondary responsibilities to support broader IT and operational needs.
