Job Responsibilities

• Digitalization Solution Planning: Develop comprehensive design proposals and system plans tailored to the specific needs of each operational unit.
• User Requirement Analysis: Evaluate digitalization projects and clarify user requirements through in-depth analysis and collaboration with users and IT project teams.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress at various stages, ensuring timelines are met and milestones achieved.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate project operations across departments, fostering collaboration and synergy among diverse teams.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues affecting project delivery.
• Communication and Documentation: Prepare presentations and documents for project progress reports and relevant meetings. Communicate project updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digitalization or system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
