Job Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing both technical and commercial aspects, requiring a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage Long Term Service Agreement Contracts with customers, encompassing technical and commercial aspects.
• Analyze operational data to identify and investigate various operational issues on turbines and auxiliary systems.
• Troubleshoot a diverse range of problems during operation and maintenance, providing urgent solutions with support from the Japan team.
• Successfully complete Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant outages.
• Manage various vendors, technical advisors, and labor effectively.
• Serve as the focal point for both external customers and internal stakeholders regarding LTSA matters.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on LTSA status, progress, adjustments, risks, and strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• More than 10 years of working experience, preferably in the Power Industry.
• Diploma/Degree in a relevant engineering, technical, or business field.
• Previous experience in executing Long Term Service Agreements for power plants or industrial plant equipment is preferable.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting technical and commercial issues for customers.
• Good negotiating skills to navigate contracts successfully.
• Independent, resourceful, and self-driven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Outgoing and positive personality with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to Power Plant sites and station at the Power Plant site during outages.
