Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all phones are answered according to the Company script and within three rings.
- Taking messages for clients as they require via phones, voicemail or written
- Arranging couriers and taxis, restaurant reservation, hotel accommodation for clients and management team ensuring that the client’s company name is given as reference and completing billing slips.
- Ensuring that all billing (e.g. for teas and coffees) are filled out immediately and accurately in your time sheet.
- Ensuring all facilities maintenance are updated in correct file
- Venue bookings for meeting room, V/C and visiting, walk-in clients
- Monitoring Office supplies stock, and Ordering all stationery on behalf of client when required
- Other ad-hoc functions
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field
- more than 3 years of working experience in Sales Admin/Shipping admin/Order processing fucntion
- Experience in Shipping documentation
