Responsibilities

- Receptionist duties.
– Manage filing, data entry, and basic record-keeping tasks.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
– Respond to inquiries.
– Assist in organizing and managing events, such as team meetings and corporate gatherings.

Requirements

  • Able to commence in mid of Feb
  • Min 1year of related working experience
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Positive working attitude
