Role Overview:
As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing communications for our B2B products across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This role reports to the Head of Department and involves close collaboration with Digital and PR teams to build and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional business units to develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing plans, driving lead generation and sales conversion for our B2B products.
- Create compelling and targeted B2B content for offline and online platforms.
- Plan and execute impactful B2B events to enhance brand visibility in the region.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all B2B marketing materials.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to B2B marketing to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B marketing.
Key Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in regional B2B marketing communications, with a focus on creating impactful campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor B2B messaging for diverse audiences.
- Solid project management experience, managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset for B2B marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Cultural fluency to work effectively with teams across the region.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
