Responsibilities:
- Proposing research topics, designs, and plans within the realms of Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management, with a focus on developing insights relevant to citizens.
- Conducting thorough research on emerging trends in Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management, extracting insights tailored for the Singapore public sector.
- Utilizing diverse research methods, including surveys, ethnographic interviews, intercept interviews, focus group discussions, contextual inquiries, and observations, to uncover citizens’ insights in the aforementioned areas.
- Managing Whole-of-Government (WOG) quantitative research, encompassing study design, research partner procurement, vendor and stakeholder (e.g., PSD and other agencies) management, and result sharing with relevant entities.
- Translating research insights into various learning products such as articles, videos, infographics, toolkits, scenarios, games, simulations, case studies, and papers related to Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management.
- Convening and facilitating communities, both online and face-to-face, to share best practices and discuss pertinent issues and challenges in the public sector Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management domains.
- Designing and facilitating discussions on Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management.
- Designing and implementing learning interventions for practitioners and leaders, including organizing roundtables, seminars, and lectures led by industry leaders and academics.
- Providing advisory and consultancy services to public sector agencies and managing multi-disciplinary projects.

- Possesses strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills to convey research findings engagingly to stakeholders.
- Can effectively engage and manage stakeholders at various levels.
- Is capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exhibits self-motivation, innovation, enterprising spirit, and adaptability.
- Holds a genuine interest in Service, Operations, and Enforcement Management.
- Ideally, has 2 to 3 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or consulting.
