Responsibilities

  • Sales order (s/o) creation and updating / amendments for inter department circulation
  • Assist in inter department co-ordination of s/o, departments include production, purchasing, shipping, etc
  • Assist in liaising of such support of orders with customers in lieu of person in charge
  • Upload, periodically maintain and updae all s/o doc in shared folder
  • Compilation and generate reporting topics relating to such sales & ordering matters
  • Cost statement preparation – new/renewal, submission for FTA form Dreadiness
  • Support weekly operations
  • Ad hoc duties assigned as and when required

Requirements

  • GCE O level 
  • 1-2 years Experience in providing sales support
