Sales Admin Assistant

Job Description:

  • Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders).
  • Arrange delivery. Coordinate with customer and supplier.
  • Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up.
  • Assist in monthly sales closing.

Requirement:

  • Min. Nitec in any discipline and have administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional information:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to $3500
  • Located in Labrador Park
  • WFH Arrangement available
