Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to sales team on documentation and coordination of products and services
- Preparation of documents for order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders
- Delivery Coordination with with customer and supplier.
- Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up.
- Assist in monthly sales closing.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in relevant field
- 2-3 years of working experience in Sales support or admin functions
- Proficiency in MS Suite
