Sales Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders).
- Arrange delivery. Coordinate with customer and supplier.
- Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up.
- Assist in monthly sales closing.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec.
- Fluent Spoken and Written English.
- Good interpersonal skills and good team player.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Training will be provided.
