Sales Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders).
  • Arrange delivery. Coordinate with customer and supplier.
  • Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up.
  • Assist in monthly sales closing.

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec.
  • Fluent Spoken and Written English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and good team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Training will be provided.
