Responsibilities
- Sales order (s/o) creation and updating / amendments for inter department circulation
- Assist in inter department co-ordination of s/o, departments include production, purchasing, shipping, etc
- Assist in liaising of such support of orders with customers in lieu of person in charge
- Upload, periodically maintain and updae all s/o doc in shared folder
- Compilation and generate reporting topics relating to such sales & ordering matters
- Cost statement preparation – new/renewal, submission for FTA form Dreadiness
- Support of Meiji shop weekly operations
- Ad hoc duties assigned as and when required
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ level, certificate or Diploma
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Willing to learn & with good communication skill
- Similar experience will be preferred
