-Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and drive sales growth.

Job Description
– Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies. Identify potential development opportunities and analyze their feasibility to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue for real estate projects.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure marketing efforts align with project goals.
– Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertising, and digital content to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
– Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website development, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising to generate leads and engage with clients.
– Oversee product sales launch activities, including sales gallery setup, liaising with marketing agencies, monitoring sales progress, handling post-sales administration, implementing sales documents, and managing expenditures against approved budgets.
– Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of sales and marketing professionals to promote their professional growth and performance.
– Maintain relationships with existing clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to drive referrals and repeat business.
– Monitor sales performance metrics and track progress against goals, preparing regular reports for management review.

Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or leadership capacity within the real estate industry, is essential.
• Expected strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property development processes, and sales cycles
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
• Strategic thinking, a creative mindset, and a keen eye for detail are important attributes.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve results
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills, interpret data and generate actionable insights
• A Passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences are important.
