Senior Account Manager (Engineering Projects / Customer Representative | MNC)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the technical supports with the operations and product engineering groups as an Account Manager across the customer sites in APAC and USA regions.
  • Support all the workshops with the existing/new customer operations teams. 
  • Work closely with the various Business Unit (BU) and factory members to monitor the execution of technical activities/projects between company and the customer.
  • Oversee the delivered quality, environmental sustainability, optimization of installation schedule, equipment performance benchmarking, CIPs, value engineering, etc. to customers. 
  • Alignment of goals between Company and the Key Customer Account on the activities/projects, to achieve the Customer Satisfaction.
  • Coordinate close engagement customers’ teams to enable accurate assessment of the customer’s specific requirements, the development, and implementation of the required technical solutions. 
  • Become a trusted and effective liaison between HQ/BU and the customer and will be responsible for managing regular management review meetings with the related customer teams.
  • Collaborate with company stakeholders to structure commercial/marketing proposals on new projects and initiatives. 
  • Support the building of strong customer relationships, while in the meantime also balancing the needs of the customer, account, and BUs, factories & HQ

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering field. Candidate with MBA qualifications will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 – 12 years’ of experience in semiconductor OEM, semiconductor fabrication, semiconductor parts/peripherals or related industry. 
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams on projects involving disparate, internal, and external stakeholders. 
  • Must have an excellent project management skill, especially across department in the organization.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting to both internal and external C-level incumbents/Senior Executives
  • Able and willing to travel 15-20% of the time for business purposes.
  • Knowledge of Japanese is a plus for frequent liaising with Japan HQ and factory.
