Job Responsibilities
- Identify desired business insights; define, prioritize and align business analytics to key business deliverables.
- Lead and harmonise the manpower planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting process across all the Institutions. Monitor and implement the Manpower Planning and Budgeting systems for the cluster.
- Collaborate with Institutions to define staffing norms by using modelling to determine the manpower and advise on optimal staffing requirements.
- Use advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning etc) for data collection and ensure integration with streamlined data flow to provide manpower insights to management to make informed decision.
- Ensure that manpower requisitions and staff movements are in accordance with the approved manpower budgets.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/bi-annua/annual manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Group Finance and Institutions to consolidate the Institutions’ manpower budget, manpower planning parameters and staffing level at Group level.
- Explore and implement manpower planning budget and intercompany billing systems to streamline processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a good bachelor’s degree, with expertise in data analysis, statistics, programming (phython, machine learning and domain knowledge to extract insights and knowledge from data.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in manpower planning analytics and modelling with strong ability to summarise, visualise, and present data for decision making.
- Proven experience in manpower analytics, benchmarking, trending, and statistical reporting, ensuring optimal performance.
- Good understanding of HR systems (especially SuccessFactors) and business intelligence databases.
- Possess analytical skills for reviewing, analysing data and information, and making appropriate recommendations.
- Experience in developing and utilising predictive analytics and statistical modelling will be an added advantage.
- Skills in support tools (Power BI, Tableau, macro excel) and knowledge of database management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with capability to effectively communicate findings and insights to multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability in leading and managing a team.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead and see through projects.
