Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to professional staff and managers/supervisors/reporting officer:
- Interdepartmental coordination of medical records, documentation and enquires and information.
- Prepare purchase requisition for supplies. Other than raising purchase requisitions in the System Applications and Products (SAP) system, process may include clarification of specifications, product research, evaluation of vendor performance and obtaining competitive quotations.
- IT-related work/reports
- Comply with DLM Workplace Etiquette in line with NUHS Core Values
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant field
- 3-5 years of working experience in administrative or team secretarial duties.
- Experience in medical or pharmaceutical environment will be an added advantage
