Responsibilities
Order Management and Fulfillment
- Manage the entire order-to-cash process from initiation to payment.
- Process customer orders utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Prepare and oversee shipping documentation, including those for documentary credit transactions.
Customer Support
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Fulfill customer sample requests.
Sales and Trade Compliance
- Provide sales support to designated geographic regions.
- Collaborate with trade compliance and foreign trade teams to manage customer profiles, certifications, and trade restrictions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams across Asia, NAFTA, and EMEA.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, legal, and trade compliance, to resolve credit, logistics, and shipment issues.
Data Analysis and Process Improvement
- Utilize data analytics tools (Power BI, Excel) to identify opportunities for enhancing the order-to-cash process.
- Participate in process improvement projects, potentially leading initiatives to optimize workflows.
Requirements
- 6 years of working experience in providing customer service function
- Experience in MNC environment will be an added advantage
- Familiar with export documentation
- Experience in ASIA import/export shipments
