Responsibilities

Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation

Notify MOM on work pass related information update

Post job advertisements on internal and external career portals such as MyCareersFuture, Jobstreet, etc
-
Download monthly MOM work pass bills and submit ePay for the purpose of charging cost back to the employee’s cost centre
-
Identify potential areas of improvement and be part of the team to develop suitable solutions to meet the delivery gaps

Assist with administrative work related to People Services Division matters

Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business
Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline

Entry level are welcomed to apply

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR / administrative work
