Responsibilities
  • Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation
  • Notify MOM on work pass related information update
  • Post job advertisements on internal and external career portals such as MyCareersFuture, Jobstreet, etc
  • Download monthly MOM work pass bills and submit ePay for the purpose of charging cost back to the employee’s cost centre
  • Identify potential areas of improvement and be part of the team to develop suitable solutions to meet the delivery gaps
  • Assist with administrative work related to People Services Division matters
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
  • Entry level are welcomed to apply
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR / administrative work
