Responsibilities
- Providing administrative processes on education student related matters
- Assisting faculty in Module Profile updates and mark entry for every Trimester
- Assisting faculty in admission screening related matters and checking of matriculation documents
- Providing administrative and logistic coordination duties on exam venue, internship placement, overseas immersion programs, etc.
- Process, verify lecturers’ teaching claims and submit to finance department
- Liaise with with IT vendors on account issues for lecturers
- Managing Alumni and Career Services database as well as to plan for events for Undergraduate and Postgraduate department
- Create and plan a strategy for awareness of the University’s branding on attract more alumni member
- Managing newsletter, marketing content, events and meeting with Alumni Network team
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field
- More than 3 years of working experience in providing administrative function will be an added advantage
- Experience in organizing events and coordination will be an added advantage
