Job Responsibilities 

  • Responsible to lead and manage key HR functions such as employee performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, learning and career development.
  • Drive performance review processes and support goal-setting initiatives and provide coaching to managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement.
  • Support workforce planning, retention, and succession planning for Exempt employees.
  • Drive HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and performance.
  • Proactive in proposing HR strategies and policies that support employee initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  • Possess analytical skills to drive results through data and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and advise on matters relating to the HR policies and processes and to always ensure compliance with the labor laws.
  • Provides oversight and support to the rest of the HR team members.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 7 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented.
  • Enjoys working in a team, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, a self-starter, embraces changes, energetic and has a flexible mindset.

  • Work Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: 7.45am – 4.15pm
  • Transport: Choa CHu Kang, Jurong East
