Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, systems updates, and orientation.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits administration.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, report generation, and filing.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee office space, equipment, and supplies; coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize important company documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain corporate rates.
  • Asset Management: Track and manage company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement crisis management plans, including business continuity and emergency response protocols.
  • General Administration: Handle various administrative tasks, such as courier services, phone systems, and office supplies.

Requirements

  • minimum GCE O level
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Admin and human resource functions
