Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, systems updates, and orientation.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits administration.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, report generation, and filing.
- Facilities Management: Oversee office space, equipment, and supplies; coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize important company documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain corporate rates.
- Asset Management: Track and manage company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement crisis management plans, including business continuity and emergency response protocols.
- General Administration: Handle various administrative tasks, such as courier services, phone systems, and office supplies.
Requirements
- minimum GCE O level
- 2-3 years of working experience in Admin and human resource functions
