Jobscope:

• Conduct end-to-end procurement activities and support Source-to-Pay workflows, in alignment to sourcing strategies deployed by the Procurement team.
• Manage supplier tendering and vendor selection process, conduct effective and timely ordering, delivery and payment of products & services to support company’s operational needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to timely resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
• Experience working in construction engineering company / construction procurement experience is an advantage
• Experience with Ariba and JDR software
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Good English and Chinese skills in reading, writing and speaking to frequently liase with internal and external stakeholders from China.
• Strong working knowledge in procurement processes, proficiency in procurement software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
