Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Lead the design of BPM specifications, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality Business Process Management (BPM) products that align with requirements.
• Create clear, comprehensive, and updated technical and API documentation to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of practical development and maintenance experience in Java
• Hands-on experience in Web application development (JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, etc.)
• Proficient in MVC frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Struts, or similar)
• Preferred experience in developing BPM-electronic signature forms
• Skilled in integrating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledgeable in API, Web services, and other integration technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Capable of working both in a team and independently to complete tasks
• Good to have:
  • Experienced in DevOps practices, including the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
  • Experienced with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Skilled in Agile development methodologies
