Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and design of facades, preparation of drawings, and structural calculations
• Delivery of technical presentations to internal and external incumbents
• Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
• Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
• Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation 

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Construction / Mechanical Engineering and any other related fields
• 3 – 5 years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management
• Proficient in CAD software 3D Modelling software – Revit, Rhino, Sketchup software 
• Deep understanding of various façade materials
• Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills
• Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations
• Good interpersonal skills and project management skills
• Willing and able to travel when necessary (20%)
