Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting: Utilize statistical analysis to predict product demand, informing purchasing decisions.
• Inventory Control: Optimize stock levels by placing timely purchase orders with suppliers, minimizing stockouts, and expediting deliveries as needed.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain strong partnerships.
• Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone and email, coordinating with suppliers as necessary.
• Data Management: Maintain and update product information, generate reports, and support cross-functional product initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline,
• 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry or have basic technical term knowledge in product drawing.
