Responsibilities

  • Demand Forecasting and Planning:
    • Predict future product demand.
    • Coordinate with project managers on inventory and forecast meetings.
    • Analyze data and prepare forecast submissions.
    • Input accurate forecasts into systems.
    • Manage forecast and procurement systems.
    • Set limits and approve forecasts.
    • Identify slow-moving inventory and implement solutions.
  • Inventory Optimization:
    • Maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Track inventory levels for short-term and long-term planning.
    • Monitor performance metrics like Days of Supply and forecast accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Synchronization:
    • Coordinate supply chain activities for Singapore and regional offices.
    • Integrate processes to ensure visibility into demand, supply, and production.
    • Process procurement data weekly.
    • Maximize direct-to-customer shipping.
    • Process purchase orders as needed.
    • Maintain accurate product pricing in SAP.
    • Manage pricing discrepancies with product managers and Japan HQ.
    • Execute SAP transactions.
    • Distribute weekly shipping schedules.
  • Stock Allocation:
    • Allocate stock to sales companies based on forecasts and requests.
    • Allocate stock weekly for shipment.
    • Respond to sales company inquiries and stock requests.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience preferably in Supply Chain Management 
  • Diploma in supply chain or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP systems, TM1 system
  • Good with Power BI, Microsoft excel, and MS office tools, Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
