Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons (10-12 classes/week)
• Employ effective teaching strategies aligned with Learning Point’s methodology
• Create engaging learning environments through innovative use of materials
• Provide timely, constructive feedback on student assignments
• Efficiently manage administrative tasks (attendance, record-keeping)
• Proactively schedule individual or group support sessions for students
• Monitor student progress and provide personalized support
• Foster strong parent-teacher relationships through regular communication
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure positive experiences
• Stay updated on curriculum expectations through professional development
• Actively participate in training and observation sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Experience in teaching experience and familiar with MOE syllabus
• 2-3 years of working experience
