Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of derivatives traders and analysts.
• Develop and implement trading strategies for various derivative instruments, including options, futures, and swaps.
• Experienced in Futures and Options end to end process as Trading member and Clearing Member
• Continuously evaluate and enhance trading processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead Back-office system projects and automation
• Handle internal and external inspections and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance/Business Management with min 6 years experience of leading a team in Financial Industry field.
• Have solid understanding of Futures and Options Products.
• Strategic and high-level thinking logic.
