Team Lead Operations (Futures & Options / Permanent)

Financial Institution | Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and manage the Derivatives Team, including people management and administrative tasks.
• Continuously review and enhance end-to-end settlement processes.
• Update and maintain PPM as needed.
• Lead Back Office System projects and automation initiatives.
• Manage internal and external inspections and audits, and handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

• Possess Degree with min 8 years’ experience in supervising / leading a team in financial Industry field
• Experienced in Futures and Options end to end settlement process
• Strong knowledge in Futures and Options Products
• Knowledge of MAS requirements and industry practices on AML/CFT
