Job Title: Technician – Service Support

Job Responsibilities:

– Conduct RMA testing, documentation, and disposition.
– Perform visual and mechanical inspections, SCT, bench, ATE, and SLT testing.
– Accurately log inspection, test, and audit results.
– Organize and maintain inspection and test records.
– Handle inventory, collection, shipment, and system logging.
– Perform cycle counts and track RMA returns and shipments.
– Follow work instructions and BKMs for repairs and RMA processes.
– Collaborate on technical issues and suggest efficiency improvements.
– Maintain bench and equipment as needed.
– Support shift work and overtime as required.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Computer or Mechatronics Engineering. 

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor.

– Adaptable to a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

– Effectively communicates issues, root causes, and solutions. 

– Detail-oriented, organized and highly committed. 

– Works independently and collaborates well with cross-functional teams. 

– Strong documentation skills and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
