Work Location: Tampines

Working Days: Monday to Friday                      

Responsibilities:

  • To call prospects from provided leads, introducing their product offerings.
  • To build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively following up on leads, engaging in productive conversations, and nurturing relationships.
  • To employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the management.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess GCE A Levels, Diploma or Degree in any field with min 1 year of sales / cold calling experience.
  • Candidates with CMFAS certifications BCP, PGI and HI will be an advantage
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Have passion for customer service and keen to learn
