Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently schedule, prioritize, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Manage incoming correspondence, draft documents, and handle confidential information.
  • Information Management: Maintain organized records, prepare meeting materials, and conduct research.
  • Project Support: Assist in project management, track progress, and prepare reports.
  • Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Administration: Support budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience supporting in administration and project management
  • Strong communciation and writing skills
