- Process and follow up on billings related to staff movements, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Collaborate with HR partners to provide customer-centric HR services and advice to line divisions and research entities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to process, coordinate, and clarify billing-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized billing records in the shared folder and regularly update the billing tracker.
- Manage provision, accruals, and fractionation for cost charging, and administer staff records in the HR online database system, along with other assigned duties.
Requirement:
- HR Payroll/Finance experience and knowledge of SAP (Not Mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
